Bridging Finance is typically used to fund short-term funding requirements. This can be from purchasing at auction, to purchasing a refurbishment project. Then, either refinance onto more long term debt, or sell.

It’s ideal for property buyers who need fast access to funds, such as those purchasing at auction, finalising a chain-free move, or unlocking capital while waiting for a property sale to complete.

 

It’s also well-suited to business owners and developers looking to seize opportunities quickly or refurbish properties ahead of refinancing but can also be useful with residential purchases too. While it's a powerful tool, it’s not for everyone - which is why having clear guidance, trust, and a human-first approach makes all the difference.
